- Pricing & Typographical Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, system, or administrative error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and we cancel your order, we will immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method for the incorrect amount.

3. Pre-Order Policy
For highly anticipated products offered on a pre-sale basis (such as new books or seasonal items in production):
- Payment Authorization: Your credit card or payment method will be charged immediately at checkout to secure your reservation.
- Production Delays: Estimated shipping or availability dates are projections provided by the publisher or manufacturer and are subject to change. We will make every effort to communicate any production delays to you promptly.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Worldwide Shipping: We proudly ship our products to customers all around the world. International orders are subject to local customs, duties, and import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Free Local Hand-Delivery: For our local parish partners, we offer free hand-delivery directly to your church office on any size order.
5. Church & Parish Payment Terms (Net 30)
We are proud to serve as a trusted, long-term partner to our local parishes, schools, and clergy.
- Authorized church and school accounts are eligible for Net 30 terms upon delivery of the product.
- Invoices must be paid in full within thirty (30) days from the physical delivery date of the products. Late payments may result in the suspension of invoice privileges.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Rosary Book & Gift Shoppe, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Site, products, or delivery services.
7. Governing Law
