1. Return Window
You have thirty (30) calendar days from the original purchase date to return or exchange an item.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- A receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase is highly recommended to help us locate and process your transaction quickly.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
To protect our inventory and support our local parish partners, the following items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-Made Items: Any custom-made vestments or tailored clerical apparel.
- Special Orders: Any unique or special-order items that we do not normally stock in our standard, in-store inventory.
- Seasonal Apparel: All Saint Costumes.
- On-Sale Items: Any products purchased on clearance, sale, or during promotional events.
- Bulk Church Consumables: Opened bulk church supplies (including but not limited to altar breads, candles, and incense).
- Damaged Items: Any items that have been damaged, broken, or altered after leaving our store.
4. Refund Process & Method
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Store Credit First: To best support our local, family-owned business, all eligible returns will be processed as in-store credit or exchange first.
- Original Payment Method: If store credit or an exchange is not feasible, a refund to your original payment method may be issued at our discretion.
5. Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning any items by mail. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- In-Store Returns: You can always bring your eligible return directly to our storefront in Lansing during regular business hours to process your return or exchange immediately at no extra cost.
